How do I book a tour?
You can book a tour directly through our website by selecting your preferred package and clicking the "Book Now" button. Alternatively, you can contact us via phone or email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bank transfer, and online payments. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance payable on the day of the tour.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, but you can reschedule subject to availability.
What should I bring for the tour?
We recommend bringing sunscreen, swimwear, towel, hat, camera, and extra clothes. Snorkeling equipment and life jackets are provided.
Is the tour suitable for children?
Yes, most of our tours are family-friendly. We have special packages designed for families with children, and life jackets are available for all ages.
What happens in bad weather?
For safety reasons, tours may be rescheduled or cancelled in case of severe weather. You will be notified in advance and given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
